About Trika Yoga
We are an independent studio, bang in the middle of North Street, in the Southville/Bedminster area of Bristol. We offer a varied and diverse schedule that has plenty of options for you to choose from with what you're looking for Yoga to support you with!
We put our heart and soul into making this a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself, to explore your yoga practice, to find your stress-relief, to rest, to meditate, to move. For the past 5 years it has indeed become that, and we are so thankful and humbled for those who love it as much as we do.
