You can cancel your membership and trial at any time simply by visiting the My Account page and hitting Manage Membership -> Deactivate Membership

You'll find that a Move membership is the best value way for you to attend all your favourite activities, in fact if you find it's not then we'll even offer to refund any unused credit. Just contact our friendly team at any time to talk about how you're getting on!

We believe strongly in supporting the wellness heroes in our community, so activity providers on Move set their own pricing get paid the vast majority of your membership fee, we only take a small commission to help build Move.

We don't charge you a booking fee and most activities will be included for free. If the odd one isn't included on your plan then the top up fee will be clearly displayed. If you fancy just getting it all included then. you can upgrade your plan to get all included for one monthly fee.

To change your plan, simply visit the 'My Account' area of the app and select 'Change Membership'.

Yes, we help you easily take breaks when you need them. In the 'My Account' area of the app you can select to freeze your membership for a few weeks. Alternatively, if you want to deactivate it temporarily then we'll even credit you back all unused credit on your return so that you don't waste a penny! (We don't know of any other fitness membership that does this!)
